PRTR is working with a well-known company from the Global FMCG Industry. **Main Responsibilities**: - Being the owner of the campaign POSM development timeline. Ensuring that the team delivers the POSM design/artwork on time. - Ensuring that the POSM requirement of each country is systematically collected and incorporated in the design/artwork. - Designing all POSM for all Cluster markets for Category/Channels. - Providing POSM/Displays/Fixture Menu for activation market to apply. - Handling agency Management for design. - Managing POSM design budget per ABP. **Commercial operations**: - POSM: Designing all POSM for all cluster markets in ASEAN Countries for Category/Channel. - PICOS: Customize all regional PICOS for all markets in ASEAN Countries in the cluster. **Qualifications**: - At least 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing. - Basic knowledge of channels is preferred. - Pragmatic, Dynamic individual with a "hands-on" style. - Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player. - Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident, and Honest. - Good Command of English - Creativity with an open mind, high level of learning agility, sensitivity to market trends, and consumer insights.
