- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for TH Accommodation to fuel business growth and drive profitability.
- Monitor the market, consumer insights, and competition activities to provide insights that inform marketing strategy and execution.
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy with a focus on maximizing ROI. This includes managing end-to-end campaigns & projects, including planning, execution, evaluation, and using data to inform decision-making.
- Define media planning and strategies for each channel, including target segments, media mix, customer journey, and performance indicators.
- Identify new growth and partnership opportunities and execute campaigns/ initiatives to achieve business growth.
- Collaborate with product and various teams (Product, Pricing, Revenue Management, Data and Market Management) to gather insights, identify product-market fit for target segments, and deliver levers for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Monitor conversion funnels, customer life cycles and relevant business & marketing indicators to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to tackle challenges.
- Proven project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with market research, product launches, and promotions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics being a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, online marketing, FMCG, retails or related industries
- Fluency in Thai and English.
