Part-time Event and Operation Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and organise events/workshops
- Onsite event/workshop execution
- Assist with fragrance bar and fragrance booth set up and operations
- Manage inventory in lab, storeroom and for events/workshops
- Assist Marketing & Sales department to manage social media platform(s)
- Assist in updating company's marketing collateral and database
- Assist HR & Finance department with basic administrative matters
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills (Bilingual, Thai + English)
- A can-do attitude with attention to details and focused on achieving results
- Collaborative and responsible
- A self-starter and fast learner who is able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Positive and energetic personality
- Passionate and willing to learn
- Comfortable to work in startup environment
- Preferable if can start immediately but not mandatory
**Package**:
- Compensation: Hourly rate or a flexible working arrangement with monthly pay.
- Working hours: To be discussed.
- Weekend work may be required during event execution periods.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, Commission
