**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, good practices and client SHE standard.
- Review Method, JSA, Safety Emergency Plan from Contractor
- Disciplining employees and subcontractors who fail to comply with minimum safety standards.
- Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
- Collaborates with Project team to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence
- Visit active project sites to assess ongoing work conditions to ensure compliance.
- Work with project teams and field workers to develop and implement solutions to safety related issues on project sites.
- Training company employees on safe work practices
- Provides project team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Risk assessment/management
- Preview projects and project sites before work begins to determine safety related risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Thai citizen, any gender, resident in Thailand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field.
- Experience 5 years up in safety construction for chemical or petro factory.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Inspection & Auditing.
- Understand knowledge of Thai Labor Law and requirements Department of Labor Protection and Welfare.
