**Job Description**:

- Generate sales volume in order to achieve KPI as individual and team target
- Increase off-line sales chanel (sky Agent/ Corporate/ Government)Increase sales and build relationship with travel agency, corporate, govt market in Thailand (outbound market) and also support inbound market sales and activities
- Monitor weekly report, bi-weekly report of competitors and ensure good productivity
- Promote safety management system (SMS) to reduce risks and hazards, training, communication
- Monitor any necessary corrective action is required to be taken in a timely manner related to their department
- Ensure implementation of positive safety culture within organization

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or above in business administration or related field with experience in sales and marketing
- At least 3 years of direct experience in sales and marketing in trevel agency, corporate, airline industry, consumer goods or others
- Strong communication both Thai and English with negotiation, presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and mature solve
- solution problems
- Good working attitude and team player
