- Lead as a business partner in SPX who will work closely with Senior Management in SPX to solve day-to-day business challenges from query data to presentation
- Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more.
- Identify potential improvement factors and build up initiatives for SPX E2E Operation SLA and lead the initiatives cross-function to see results

**Requirements**:

- 1~3 years of experience working in consulting, tech field or start-up environment.
- Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Data Studio. Data analysis & visualization programming languages such as Python and R are highly desirable.
- Experiences working in a highly dynamic operational and analytical environments where you have program managed large scale insights and initiatives from 0 to 1
- Experience building data models and / or predictive model used in business production environment
- English proficiency (professional to native) is strictly required.
