**About the Role**

You will work with one of our top clients, responsible for ensuring that all client requests are being fulfilled with the highest quality workers. Your job is to manage your own team of workers, keeping them engaged by being their support channel and champion and make sure that KPI’s are reached on a day to day basis. This involves using data and your high level of human intuition.

You will report in to the Project Manager on a day to day basis, as well as provide weekly updates directly to the client.

**BPO team leads should be as follows**:

- Manager and supervisor of the team
- Be a strategist as in knowing how to approach SLA breaches
- Be a good communicator (Thai and English) between client and agents
- Be an organizer by keeping track of tasks and knowing who and when to assign agents on different tasks
- Be a goal setters by making sure that all agents know their goals and keep up with them
- Be responsible for their own team, and should send daily updates on their teams performance
- Be cooperative in assisting in other job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in business or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Account Management/Sales for E-commerce industry
- Experiences in managing and mentoring a team is a must
- Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
- Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
- Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly perform KPIs
