Laboratory Assistant

**Job title** - Laboratory Assistant - Food Application (Savory)

**Location** - Thailand

**Job model **- Full time On-site

Reporting to the Application Manager Savory Taste, TTH for Thailand, the Lab Assistant will support across a variety of project briefs. These initiatives will span the various segments of the Savory category.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Work in the exciting world of flavors and taste in the Taste, Texture and Heath Taste SF
- Application lab in Thailand, alongside a cross functional team of flavor experts.
- Manage stock of lab supplies & raw materials as well as storage of samples prepared and maintain clean and well-organized laboratory/workplace.
- Conduct product & flavor evaluation with team.

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Food / Flavour Product Development
- Experience in project management, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, autonomous, with strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
- Technical education in food formulation or flavours.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
