Job Description
Provide full service of export shipment and coordinate among internal and external parties (D/O and billing, shipping line, transportation service provider, freight forwarder).
Follow up import - export shipment; from-to shipping advice, vessel status and delivery.
Negotiation and coordinate with freight forwarder.
Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process.
Contact with government agencies.
Able to identify HS code
Estimated budget for the shipment cost (sea, air)
Understand/Estimate cost/coordinate with shipping agency for import duties, TAX, VAT
Coordinate with internal and external organization for shipment purpose.
Prepare all documents related to shipment and as per customer requirement/LC condition
Managing & organizing & handle and ensure that all import - export documents are completed and submit to bank and consignee on time.
Solve daily operational problems and resolve problem by determining the cause and finding the best solution.
Other jobs as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling shipping documentation.
Good command in written and spoken in English
