- Shipping (Supervisor - Manager) (40K-80K) (SDG-100412)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดส่ง (หัวหน้า-ผู้จัดการ)-
- Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers
- Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency
- Processing shipment documentation Both import and export and inspecting completed orders
- Creating and implementing shipping (Import & Export) policies and procedures
- Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees
- Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from Preparation to shipment
- Documenting processes and reporting to management as required
- Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics

- รักษาการดำเนินการจัดส่งให้อยู่ในงบประมาณโดยไม่กระทบต่อความเร็วหรือประสิทธิภาพ
- ประมวลผลเอกสารการจัดส่งทั้งนำเข้าและส่งออกและตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์
- สร้างและดำเนินการนโยบายและขั้นตอนการขนส่ง (นำเข้าและส่งออก)
- จ้าง ฝึกอบรม และดูแลพนักงาน
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายบริหาร ผู้ขนส่ง และลูกค้าทางเรือ
- ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการไหลเวียนของคำสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่การเตรียมจนถึงการจัดส่ง
- จัดทำเอกสารกระบวนการและรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหารตามที่ต้องการ
- ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของผู้ให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อและโลจิสติกส์
- ISO9001 และ ISO14001
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred
- More than 5-7 years' experience in import -Export and Customs procedure and other- Manager level at least 5 years
- Privileged of international trade and BOI the shipping industry
- Experiences in import-export
- Good communication and correspondence Both Thai and English
- TOEIC score 500 up
- Experience and knowledge of global supply chain
- Experience of Negotiation contracts and commercial terms and conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)- Knowledge of AS400 Programme
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation
- Extensive budgeting and reporting experience
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday at 08.30-17.30 hrs. (2 Saturday/year))
