- Create, maintain and manage QA/QC process
- Creation and updating of standards
- Adjustment of inspection equipment
- Inspection operations (raw materials and products)
- Investigation of causes and countermeasures for process abnormalities
- Improvement of processes
- Quality education for manufacturing and other divisions
- Cooperation with other departments (cooperation with manufacturing department)
- Reporting work to superiors
- ** Requirement**:

- [Must]
- Male/Female 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor degree of related Chemical
- At least 8 years of experience as QA/QC in the Automotive industry
- At least 3 years of experience in management

[Advantage]
- Knowledge of fiber, rubber, synthetic fibers
- Good command of English
- Experience as a manager in a Japanese company
- **English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English, Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
- ** Holiday**:
