Develop and implement Marketing plan and actions for all Dextra construction-related activities and entities, worldwide.

**Leadership and Management**
- Manage and lead Dextra Marketing team according to Dextra Group Performance management guidelines.
- Support top management to formulate Marketing strategy and roll out yearly roadmaps across Dextra Group affiliates
- Lead regular exchange meetings with Dextra group salesforce to understand their needs and provide suitable content and tools to support sales activities.

**Marketing Digital**
- Develop and maintain Dextra website by coordinating web suppliers and teams internally. Monitor activity, push upgrades to improve traffic, flows, registration, and number of enquiries received.
- Improve SEO and Dextra website’s visibility on Google.
- Use analytics tools to provide customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis.
- Craft cost effective ads on social media to drive lead generation and sales conversions.

**Publishing & Samples**

Oversee and coordinate with internal teams the design/production of all marketing support material (product samples, goodies, etc.). Oversee their availability in stock, quality level and shipping to customers/affiliate companies.

**Market Intelligence & Lead Generation**
- Drive Lead & contact generation through online and offline channels and push prospect information to sales teams via Dextra Group CRM platform.
- Qualify leads before passing them to sales teams and follow lead conversion with sales teams.

**Events / Communication**
- Relay corporate communication on Dextra Group communication channels: corporate Group website, social media, PR, print/digital publishing, social media etc
- Identify construction-related exhibition and tradeshows worldwide, organize Dextra presence on those events and tailor communication to targeted audience.

For all responsibilities mentioned above, measure and report ROI of marketing actions to the board of Directors, through quarterly activity reports.
