YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will be part of Logistics team operating in warehouses such as inbound, outbound and inventory
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Incoming process.
Generate and wave customer's order into system
Coordinate with customer on any relate document
Check the goods receiving to be copied with the document
Cross check on quantity and quality of goods receiving
Do the report of receiving goods and report if there is mismatched
Do the report of QC report for incoming
Storing process.
Arranging and keeping products in place.
System update and generating
Sampling checks the goods in correct shelf and position
Stock updating in system and report to supervisor
Control process of labelling
Support Stock counting every month
Outgoing process
Plan to release the goods by customer requirement
Prepare the goods to be delivered to shops
Cross check on quantity and quality for accuracy of label with Driver
Do the report of QC report for outgoing
Administration
Indirect material reviewing and ordering. Plant/Warehouse equipment and stationery ordering.
QHSE
Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
