วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการสินเชื่อ (ก่อน - หลังอนุมัติ)เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันของสายงานธุรกิจขนาดกลาง ให้เหนือธนาคารคู่เทียบทั้งด้านความรวดเร็ว ลดข้อผิดพลาด และปิด Gap ความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อ และความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติงาน โดยใช้ Knowhow /ประสบการณ์การทำงานจากสถาบันการเงินอื่นมาร่วมพัฒนากระบวนการสินเชื่อกับธนาคารกรุงไทย.
ร่วมเป็นคณะทำงานมาตรการความช่วยเหลือโครงการของ ธปท.ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นใหม่.
จัดทำ นำเสนอ และขออนุมัติแผนโครงการพัฒนากระบวนการสินเชื่อต่างๆ สำหรับสายงานธุรกิจขนาดกลาง.
ประสานงานด้านธุรกรรมการเบิกใช้วงเงินสินเชื่อประเภทต่าง ๆ ระหว่าง BC และ Operation (ทีม Center, ศูนย์ ARM).
ร่วมปรับปรุงระบบงานธนาคาร เช่น LG/PN, Model Credit Rating, EWS, TOP, SFA, TDRC-RT.
ร่วมปรับปรุงระเบียบธนาคารในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการสินเชื่อ SMEs.
มีประสบการณ์พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการด้านสินเชื่อ.
มีประสบการณ์งานด้านการอำนวยสินเชื่อ.
เรียนรู้งานและใช้ระบบงานต่าง ๆ ได้รวดเร็ว.
มีทักษะในการวางแผน บริหารจัดการ วิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ชอบงานท้าทาย.
มีทัศนคติที่ดี เปิดกว้างต่อการเรียนรู้ และประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ.
มีความถนัดในการใช้งาน MS Excel, PPT เป็นอย่างดี.
มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง.
