**Responsibilities**:

- Build trust and maintain strong relationships by providing clear, accurate and confident communications.
- Responsible for creating and delivering all investor relations materials, including earnings releases, investor conferences and investor roadshows and ensure proper disclosure in a timely manner.
- Schedule, arrange and participate with senior management in industry and research analyst conferences, one on one meetings with investors and security analysts, conference calls with members of the financial community and roadshows to meet with targeted investors.
- Provide feedback and insight to senior and operations management on investor sentiment and industry conditions and as to the expected reaction from the investment community from proposed transactions, corporate planning/budgeting and operating results.
- Analyze reports and provide competitive intelligence to senior management and the Company’s Board of Directors on a regular basis on investor activities, stock performance, peer company comparisons and stock surveillance.
- Organize Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and liaise with regulators and authorities, including the SEC and SET on regulatory compliance and company secretarial work.
- Support CEO and CFO to conduct IR Strategy

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ year experience investor relations in a listed company is a plus
- Relationship-building skill in all stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and presentable skills in both Thai and English
- Bachelor’s degree of higher in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related fields
- Solid understanding of economic cycle, business valuation method.
- Good knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulations and requirements, the Public Company Act and Thai Corporate and commercial law
- A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
- Hard-working, well-organized, detail-oriented and can work independently.
