**Senior Investor Relations Manager**: SC ASSET.
Lead a cohesive and comprehensive IR program that communicates strategy and growth opportunities.
Represent Company as the corporate spokesperson on the communication matter regarding the Company's guidance, outlook, strategy and policy through the private meeting, analyst meeting and media channels.
Develop a proactive investor relations strategy and direction in coordination with the Executives, ensuring that the Company's business strategy and progress is understood by the analyst and investor community.
Maintain strong Company and sector expertise. Stay current on all company business activities, including financial and other material, to be responsive to investors and media and to communicate effectively with management.
Oversee all IR tasks and manage the IR team.
Evaluate and analyze the Company's financial and operational performance for an executive and investment community.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding the investment community's perception of the Company.
Coordinate with the SET to ensure the Company comply the SET regulator and make the disclosure appropriately.
Accountable for proper communications between the management and the investor community.
Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Excellent in communication both Thai & English.
More than 7 years of work experience in Investor Relations, Financial Investment.
Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools.
Proficient in Microsoft office, Presentation Keynote.
