**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
Formulate a strategic framework to assess business problems, new growth areas, and prioritization of strategic partnership and M&A leads based on the Country's strategic direction.
Manages business development/ strategic projects from upstream to downstream.
Scout, assess, and execute M&A and Strategic Partnership.
Monitor OKR and facilitate the budget planning process.
Monitor market trends/dynamics on a quarterly basis to provide insight to business units and support strategy review and planning cycle.

**The Must Haves**:
A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in consulting/strategy, M&A, and strategic partnership roles.
Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and presentation is required, experience with SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication in English.
