- ** Strategic planning and execution**: Lead and coordinate with OpX stakeholders on the development and alignment of OKRs, ensuring they are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- ** Reporting and presentation**: manage the tracking, reporting, and presentation of OKRs, providing regular updates to executive management on progress, challenges, and adjustments required to reflect changing business priorities and market conditions
- ** Key strategy monitoring & cost reduction**: collaborate with OpX, operations, and other teams as required, to identify opportunities and monitor execution of initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings
- ** Stakeholder management and collaboration**:engage with management and OpX to ensure alignment on project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and act as the key liaison between parties to ensure effective communication to ensure seamless execution of projects
- ** Risk management and problem solving**: proactively identify potential risks to strategic projects and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to address challenges and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
**Requirements**:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or business development in a high dynamic environment
- Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and track key results
- Proven experience in managing OKRs and using them to align and drive business performance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and ability to present and independently discuss topics with management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
