**SALES SUPERVISOR - PERSONAL CARE AND HOME CARE I&I**:
Our team in **Bangkok** currently has an opening for a **Sales Supervisor - Personal Care and Home Care I&I**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives of assigned customers.
- Implement effective sales strategies to ensure that performance meet with company target.
- Market analysis and develop strategy to grow business assigned customers.
- Develop new potential customers and new market opportunity in Thailand.
- Coordinate with supervisor and support function in order to meet the team target.
- Managing client relationships and tracking customer information and forecasts.
- Accountable of sales forecasts within scope for business under assigned customers.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Sciences or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of Personal Care and Home Care H&I business.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet target.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
