**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize various investor engagement activities, including conference calls, road shows, company visits, and spin-off meetings.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of annual reports and other required filings with regulatory authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations and materials for management, investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Monitor and analyze analyst reports and industry news, providing summarized information to senior management.
- Respond promptly to investor queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date information on the company’s website and manage the investors’ database diligently.
- Coordinate with compliance and share registrar teams to support Investor Relations-related activities, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Oversee and manage the Annual Report.
- Provide support to the finance department during annual credit reviews conducted with credit rating agencies.
- Prepare comprehensive Q&A documents or potential questions ahead of events to ensure the management team is well-prepared.
- Leverage technology and digital platforms for effective communication with investors.
- Educate investors and analysts about the company’s business model, industry trends, and other relevant information.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and the ability to analyze financial statements.
- Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance requirements, especially those of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Experience with investor relations management tools, financial modeling software, and other relevant technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization, including finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams.
- Ability to align IR activities with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to communication strategy development.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
