- Manage ads across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan advertising budgets and monitor ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports, including recommendations for improvement

**Digital & E-Commerce**:

- Create and manage social media accounts (e.g., IG, FB, X, Lemon8, Linktree)
- Set up online stores across all platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Line Shop, including all basic system configurations
- Manage shopping carts and stock levels on each platform
- Set up promotional campaigns in accordance with approved promotions using tools like bundle deals and flash sales
- Send promotional broadcasts
- Use affiliate programs to set commission rates, send invitations to KOLs, and review/approve sample requests
- Respond to customer chats and product reviews
- Propose strategies, methods, or tools to boost sales

**Cooperation & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Contact and coordinate with Influencers and KOLs
- Find wholesale clients and sales agents; manage communications from sales pitch to post-sales support and sales data updates
- Contact and resolve issues with partners/shops violating policies that affect company interests
