**This position bases in Don Mueang, Bangkok, Thailand**

**Job Descriptions**
- Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group's objectives and messaging to the target audiences.
- Align all content materials and direction with Regional direction in terms of messaging, look, and feel.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that aligns with the Group’s vision and values.
- Create content: Shoot, film, and edit compelling and original content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube)
- Write engaging and concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags, and edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.
- Be responsible for bi-weekly reports for your market, and assist with any other adhoc reports that are requested.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Experience in working on social media content in the platforms; including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Knowing **Burmese** and English language is necessary
- Having creativity, a good mindset, and attitude, stay up-to-date with airline and social media trends.
