**Responsibilities**
- Supporting teachers and school managers in taking care of students inside and outside the classroom (as directed by teachers and managers responsible), the refectory and other parts of the school and on excursions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues and other parties as directed by teachers and school managers.
- Ensure the safety of all students assigned to the care of the Employee.
- Support and expedite the conduct of meetings school development, curriculum and instruction, and learning support as instructed.
- Observe and attain high standards for performance, ensuring that all areas of performance operate and function efficiently and effectively and serve the needs of the school and the wider Bloomsbury community.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, managers, colleagues, parents and other school stakeholders to ensure strong and open means of communication throughout the community.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Teacher Assistant
- Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods
- Intermediate communication in English
- Cool-tempered and positive attitude
- Firm but kind personality
- A love for teaching and the ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents
