- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้ - สามารถอยู่ในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี

- สามารถสื่อสาร ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ระดับดี**
- หากมีประสบการณ์การด้านการทำงานกับบริษัทเรือน้ำมัน (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Monitor and responsible in iBase system, SBS TPR and SBS Inventory under assignment from FBA Team Lead and/of FBA Focal Point.
2. Review all request in iBase and ensure that all request accurate input data.
3. Communicate with Requester, SBS team leader and 3rd party company for FBA tasks
4. Provides and organizes the filling system, updates the documentation as required by the Supervisor and Team Leader.
5. Administrative assistance during the order preparation process.
6. Ensure that all request completed in a timely basis.
7. Prepare weekly/monthly report for SBS Facility.
