effective solutions.- Spearhead the technical direction of projects, ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices.
- Establish and uphold development frameworks and standards within the team.
- Comprehend business functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide accurate estimations, plans, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Ensure the proper execution of DevOps processes throughout the development lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【Must】- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
- Over 5 years of experience in full stack development, software development, programming/coding, system architecture design
- Develop, maintain, and enhance EMV card systems, Smart Card technology, and Contactless card
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the development of EMV card systems. - Utilize programming languages
- such as.NET C#, JavaScript and Java Applet for system development.
