Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a global business services firm transforming the customer experience and streamlining front and back office and industry-specific processes to provide the highest value from every customer interaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing timely support to customers through chat and phone.
- Handling customers’ concerns positively and professionally.
- Working with other team members in identifying better ways to provide better customer support.
- Participating in additional training courses as required and keeping job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.
- Maintaining and improving the quality of service by giving recommendations.
- Meeting all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Adhering to the policies set by the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Thai or Korean Nationality.
- TOPIK 4 and 5.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Able to work in Shifts (5 days per week).
- Experience in Customer Service or Call centers is an advantage.
