Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being and remaining knowledgeable about the Client's products and policies.
- Making well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the platform's community.
- Having strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy.
- Reviewing content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggesting solutions or recommendations.
- Recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues that may affect the delivery of work on time.
- **Working Hours: 5 days and 2 days off (Not on Sat-Sun) - 7.00-16.00/9.00-18.00/13.00-22.00/22.00-07.00.**
**Qualification**
- Native speaker with Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- New Graduated are welcome.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to start working immediately.
