Driving profitable sales in the assigned territory.
Engage, drive and monitor the existing distributor sale performance and manage direct customers.
Focus Frontier Markets Operations countries (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar).
Regular meeting with channel partners; Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
Work closely to guide channel partners sales representative in the field.
Support channel partners marketing and customer education activities.
Serving as a knowledge broker through delivering training and education to ensure customers and end users maximize product effectiveness.
Develop and submit annual business plans with monthly update.
Find new potential business opportunities and build business hoppers.
Appoint the right channel partners for specific market segments with proper Integrity Assessment and Distributor Agreement.
Propose and get approval for export prices from home divisions.
Coordinate with division marketers to develop sales tools for channel partners.
Collaborating across other territories and within other 3M Divisions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Minimum 3 years-experience in sales management in related field and/or strong channel management.
Fluent English speaking and writing.
Be able to travel overseas frequently.
Strong leadership with collaborative working skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
Effective pipeline management.
