Our curriculum is based on the national curriculum of England and we offer Cambridge & Pearson qualifications in Secondary including IGCSEs, A Levels and BTECs. The school's main campus at Chaofah has 960 students on roll and is oversubscribed in most year groups.

In August 2023, we opened a new campus in the north of the island, Cherngtalay. This is a two-form-entry Foundation, Primary and Secondary School (KS3 only) for up to 500 students.

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic French teacher for a start in August 2025.

We are looking for a highly committed team player with drive, energy and passion, who will inspire a love of learning within their pupils. A good sense of humour and an excellent work ethic are essential.

**Requirements / Application Details -**

**_ Essential Requirements:_**
- Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Experience of teaching students in the age range 8 to 14
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
- A recognised teaching qualification: BEd.; PGCE; iPGCE or equivalent
- Must be a fluent English speaker

**_ Desirable Requirements (not essential):_**
- Previous experience in an International School environment
- Experience of teaching to English as an Additional Language learners
