Our client is a leading beauty clinic in Thailand.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handling employee management and leadership that matches with the company's overarching strategy design, and implementation of corporate strategies, plans, and processes.
- Driving company results from a financial and operational standpoint, collaborating closely with the CFO, CEO, and other key executive team members.
- Collaborating with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results in sales operations, medical operations, profitability, cash flow management, mergers and acquisitions, system protocol process and implementation, internal control, and reporting. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establishing challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.
- Developing practical measurement tools to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Providing accurate and timely reports outlining the company's operational condition; and
- Overseeing the business development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Collaborating closely with the senior management team to develop, implement, and roll out strategies for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and business policies that promote growth, profitability, and efficiency.
- Promoting corporate culture and vision by fostering a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging atmosphere and holding workers and management responsible for company rules, procedures, and guidelines.
- Motivating and encouraging personnel at all levels, including but not limited to professional staff, management-level employees, and executive leadership team members.
- Participating in the company's road shows and working with the CEO and CFO on capital raises. Meeting, communicating and effectively delivering information to possible investors and private equity venture firms.
- Collaborating with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for individual projects or departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
- MSc/MBA or any related field.
- 5 to 10 years working experiences of executive-level operational experience is required.
- More than 10 years at the COO level is preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
