**Business Development**: Identify growth opportunities and establish partnerships with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.

**Team Management**: Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

**Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
