**Position Overview**:
As the **Head of IT**, you will lead the information technology department and oversee the IT infrastructure, operations, and strategy of the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our technological resources are aligned with the business goals and provide a strong foundation for future growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Set the vision and direction for the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy and objectives.
- Advise the executive team on the latest technology trends and their implications for the company.

**Operations and Infrastructure**:

- Oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity systems.
- Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and security.

**Project Management**:

- Lead IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess their technology needs and implement solutions.

**Team Development**:

- Hire, mentor, and train the IT team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the company's objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative IT culture.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable terms.

**Risk Management**:

- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
- Regularly assess potential threats and vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience from Software Implementation or Software Integration background, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, systems, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in IT project management
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
