Senior Supplier Quality Management

n your new role you will:

. Part of the global FPM Supplier Quality Management Team. b
- Has to be involved FE and BE processes/procedures in parallel. c
- Will become the main bridge of communication between BKK 2 and other IFX sites (FE & BE) d
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or provides in formal guidance to junior staff.

- ) Support product transfer projects - IGBT Module(BE) / Wafer Test(FE): O
- ne of the key player to assist the line manager in establishment and implementing IQC/SQM management process according to QM requirement. W
- orks with mínimal guidance and contributes to process improvements. D
- L operator management, including hiring, training and evaluationS
- upervise and guide the internal stakeholders to follow our procedures to handle the raw material issues. 2

) OneSAP roll out project Work with global tracker leader to support oneSAP roll out on time in BKK 2.- B

**. Plant mass production phase: 1**
) IQC management: G
- uides technician and inspector to check the incoming part correctly I
- ncoming quality scheme, dynamic inspection rule adjustment to ensure effective quality gate; N
- on-conformity handling in time both physically and in oneSAP system M
- onitor inspectors KPI and show output with reliable data; I
- mprove incoming inspection accuracy, advancement and efficiency by digitalization, modern tool, competence and flow; 2

) Supplier Quality Management: O
- rganization, control and manage of all supplier quality related activities. Mainly locally but also in parts globally for dedicated supplier with the objective of minimizing the negative impact of material quality issues. This should be achieved by establishing a strong partnership with suppliers during the entire supplier life-cycle management, including supplier selection, evaluation, development, material deviation handling, sPCN and continuous improvement activities. 3

）oneSAP system maintain: A
- fter oneSAP go-live, you will be the Master Data Maintainer and also need to train the local end user, like IQC, SQM. R
- eport the system error to oneSAP team if any.

Y

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A
- t least 3 years semiconductor quality or engineering working experience. G
- ood knowledge at Quality System and tools like 8D, AIAG 6 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP). F
- luent in English & Thai. S
- AP QM experience is preferred. I
- ATF / VDA 6.3 auditor trained is preferred.
