***The Product Design Manager, Post Booking Experience at Agoda is responsible for**:
As Design Manager for our post booking experience team, you will help your product stakeholders to shape and execute the vision for both Agoda post booking consumer products and our agent tooling experience through design leadership and strategic contributions. Due to the high complexity and ambiguity of the CEG product domain, you'll need to actively build connections with different function departments of the whole support business so that you will be able to provide great service to our customers and balance efficiencies for our agents. You'll also be driving CEG user research strategies through deep understandings on both short term and long term business priorities.
In this role, you'll strike a delicate balance between user-centric design and business objectives. You'll empower your team to advocate for the user while aligning their efforts with our overarching business goals and KPIs. Your influence will extend beyond the design realm as you champion the user and business needs, driving forward industry-leading UX solutions for our post booking experience products at Agoda.
