**Job Purposes**:
**Scope**: Provide support to Central Group Retail Business Units Thailand + Overseas.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze Business performance vs Budget & LY based on BU Management data / Corporate data
- Liaise with BU Finance teams to get information and explanations on key issues.
- Coordinate work with Consolidation team to get the required information on time.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reports with Key highlights for Top Management
- Produce regular analysis, ad-hoc reports on a series of important KPIs or issues as per Top Management requests
- Work on projects to improve, standardize business performance reporting practices across all BUs
- Produce analysis and consolidated Management reports as part of 5Y plan and annual Budget process
- Maintain & develop spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Controller / Auditor / Corporate analyst
- Have strong computer skills - proficient in excel (advanced)
- Have strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Have planning and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English - verbal & written
- Retail experience definitely a (+)
