- Build long term trust relationships with brands and sellers, to best adopt and utilise Shopee Live features and initiatives
- Create, pitch and optimise livestream package to existing and prospective customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Drive towards agreed GMV and monetize targets and outcomes, within timelines
- Coordinate with team members and cross-function departments e.g production team and visibility team
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Continuously improve through feedback
**Requirements**:
- Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management; least 2-4 years of experience in Key Account and Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills; highly organised and detail-oriented
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
