**Key Responsibilities;**
- Standardize, develop, and mature data ecosystem to provide data reporting & services to support business growth
- Transform business Thailand to a digital organization (, culture, data-driven, innovativeness, productiveness)
- Own and lead Thailand's data ecosystem which provides the system with reports, modeling, and insights through various systems and tools
- Manage a team of professional data personnel to ensure the delivery of high quality data consistency and accuracy to the Service Level agreed with the business to support business planning and growth
- Enhance data capabilities by creating a data roadmap and a process to ensure alignment with key stakeholders on new requests (new data sets, additional sources, dashboards, etc.) and prioritization
- Lead the strategic and operational Technology planning to achieve brand goals by fostering customer innovation or improving bottom line efficiencies

**Key Requirements;**
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (Masters in MIS, MBA, Digital Business useful)
- 10+ years working experience
- At least 5 years experience in Information Technology, Project Management, and/or Business Process Management.
- 5+ years of client and vendor management experience.
- 5+ years of people management and people development skills.
- Understanding of one or more of the IT Security Frameworks NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT, and ISO
- Industry experience in Restaurants, Retail, or Ecommerce preferred
- Past experiences working in digital or technology companies advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead and recommend IT Strategies and/or Business Process Management improvement processes
- Significant expertise with vendor contract negotiations, compliance and relationship building
- Motivates and influences cross functional individuals and teams
- Allocates resources effectively and removes obstacles
- Ability to work across diverse organizations and lead complex internal and external project teams
- Be a strong thought leader who has exemplary communication skills, a proven track record of building strong functional partnership, executing digital programs, experience motivating people & will exhibit strong strategic & technical leadership skills
- Fluent both Thai and English
