Identify and approach new potential clients in the logistics sector, particularly Ocean Import-Export.
- Conduct weekly client visits and calls to build a new client base and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and present quotations tailored to each client’s logistics needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate service delivery. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipelines.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales, especially in outside sales for import-export services.
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to drive a car with a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
