**Responsibilities**:

- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the company's HR practices are in full compliance with local labor laws.
- Recruitment to Offboarding: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes, to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all employees.
- Workplace Environment: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity. Act as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns, offering support and solutions.
- Organizational Discipline: Oversee and maintain workplace discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Employee Benefits Management: Manage and administer employee benefits, such as group insurance, social security, and other entitlements. Prepare and distribute relevant documents to employees, including employment contracts and work certification letters.
- Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting department to manage payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Performance Appraisals: Coordinate and administer employee performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HR Executive, People Executive, or similar role, with a thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
