**Salary: Negotiable (THB.)**

**Employment Status: Contract 1 Year.**

**Location : Laem Chabang, Chonburi.**

**Working time: Mon - Fri 7.30 - 17.00 Hrs. and Sat 7.30 - 12.00 Hrs.**

**Bus provided: Sukumvit main road from Chalermthai Chonburi and Banchang Rayong.**

**Job Summary**

The Technical Level HES Support role is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure compliance with Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) regulations, standards, and company policies, This individual will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating hazards, as well as implementing and maintaining HES management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards and evaluate their risks. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HES management systems, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures and participate in drills and exercises.
- Provide technical advice and support to operations and engineering teams on HES matters.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HES regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Collect, analyze, and report HES data to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the company's HES performance.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree of Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, Environmental Science, Health, Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HES support, preferably in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
- Strong understanding of HES regulations and standards, such as OSHA, ISO 14001.
- Technical expertise in a list of relevant technical areas, e.g., environmental monitoring, safety equipment, hazard identification.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Package:
฿ 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 (Thai Baht)
