This position is responsible for import and export process as well as monitoring/managing BOI related activities in Thailand Distribution Center (THDC) which is under Global Logistics Management. The scope of work is including but not limited to daily import and export activities, liaising with DC and customs broker and monitor BOI daily activities.

**What your background should look like**:

- Follow up with Freight Forwarding Agents for shipments incoming and outgoing to/from THDC.
- Liaise with TE’s appointed customs broker for customs clearance process by ensuring the right import privilege (eg. Freezone, BOI, FTA, etc) will be applied when applicable.
- Resolve all incoming and outgoing shipments with related parties including liaising with Business Unit
- Work with other GLOG team members and DC operation to ensure no issue for incoming and outgoing shipment to/from THDC.
- Handle all transporters for local transportation in and out of THDC
- Handle all Freezone operation including daily, monthly, and every 6-month reports.
- Participate in freezone customs audits and other meetings with customs.
- Monitor all BOI related matters
- Maintain trade operations to comply with TE policies/procedures as well as Thailand customs laws/regulations.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of import/export activities for Freezone operation and BOI.
- Liaise with GTS Governance and Trade Compliance Professionals from Business Units

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field).
- 3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Freezone and BOI operation
- Good Knowledge of BOI related laws/regulations and processes, Thai Customs Law and Regulations especially Freezone, import/export processes in Thailand and FTA
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and proven computer skills in Microsoft suite especially Excel (with Pivot function)
- SAP Experience would be an advantage
- Pay attention to detail, effectively plan and prioritize tasks, analytical skills, proactively, patience/perseverance and good communication skills
