Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst on our Payments Team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional payment experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Product and Engineering to analyze payment data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards that provide visibility into payment performance, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools to create actionable insights that drive payment-related improvements across the organization.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of payment-related projects, including the development of new payment products and services. As part of this process, you will collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure that our payment solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive business insights using data, spot purchase trends and propose recommendations for business expansion.
- Data extraction, analyze and prepare concise findings, reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize ad-hoc business-critical data requests.
- Automation - Preparation of clean, concise, easy to understand dashboards to reduce ad-hoc recurring data requests.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support payments related business decisions.
- Monitor business critical metrics and escalate irregularities.

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or Statistics)
- Able to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks when required.
- Data driven, highly organized.
- Deadline orientated and self-motivated. Ability to think outside of the box.
- Understanding about payments for digital services and content is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- More than 2 years prior experience in SQL is preferred.
