- Ensuring team-members are offering exceptional guest service
- Making sure guests are happy with the service
- Delegating duties
- Assisting other managers
- Helping to implement policies
- Motivating team-members
- Handling cash & end of day checking
- Dealing with guest complaints and issues

**Job Requirements**
- Female Thai nationality age 30-35 years old, a warm, people-oriented demeanor.
- Good English communication skills.
- At least 2-3 years experienced in hotel Supervisor or Duty Manager
- Smart finder system knowledge is essential
- A team-first attitude
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
- The ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time across a work shift.
