**Asst. QA Manager**

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the Quality management system of the factory: document control, internal and external audits, management reviews, archiving of documents.
- Responsible to manage the change control process of the factory in relation with the team at the headquarter.
- Responsible to release production orders prior to their shipment. This process involves the review of any non-conformities and change controls that could have affected the manufacturing, and then the coordination of the release with our headquarter, which is our legal manufacturer.
- Issue and follow-up any concessions on orders prior to their release.
- Other jobs as assignment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Science
- Age 38-43 yrs old
- English communication, computer literacy (make the presentation)
- Experience in QA
- Experience in Rubber factory will special consider.
