**About the Role**: As a **Project Manager**, you’ll take the lead in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality corporate consulting and learning projects. You'll be the key point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and aligning project outcomes with their strategic goals. Additionally, you'll oversee a team of consultants, helping them grow and succeed, while delivering tailored, impactful programs to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead corporate consulting and learning projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Engage and manage relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Mentor and lead a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Design and deliver impactful consulting and learning programs, including leadership development.
- Continuously monitor project performance, ensuring quality and identifying areas for improvement.
- Innovate and contribute to thought leadership in the consulting and learning space.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **4+ years of experience** in project management, ideally within learning, consulting, or corporate training environments.
- Proven **client-facing experience** with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Expertise in **learning & development** principles and instructional design.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication in both **English and Thai**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
