**Responsibilities**:
This position involves responsibilities in the following main fields:

- Develop online and media presence and community in Thailand and internationally to increase brand visibility, awareness, and product sales, in line with brand standard and marketing plan and efforts.
- Prepare and manage the organization’s marketing communication strategy and budget.
- Develop and animate strong online presence and visibility in Thailand and other export markets.
- Manage and develop all our social media platforms (includes visual strategy and planning, photography, caption writing, posting, boosting, targeting, designing, and implementing campaigns, analyzing) in line with the brand identity and objectives.
- Develop strong media relations and actions (online and offline)
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, potential customers, influencers, industry professionals, journalists.
- Manage media inquiries and requests
- Content creation and copy writing
- Quality control of all materials created to be published
- Control brand consistency on all channels
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Online quality control of tagged photos, posts, articles published about our brands and venues
- Liaise with Sales department to stay updated on new products and features and make their effort visible and impactful.
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends and recommend best content according to brand standards, industry trends, and target market understanding.
- Coordinate our participation to competitions and communication of results
