Requirements:Bachelor or higher degree in Political Science, Human Resources or related field.
- **Proven HR experience at least 8 years with leadership skills 3 years in HR role.**:

- Strong knowledge of human resource management & development (HRM&HRD) principles and best practices.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law, employment legislation, regulations in Thailand and/or international laws is plus.
- Skillful in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with strong decision-making communication / interpersonal skills.
- Social person, passionate with pleasant attitude.
- Responsibilities:Responsible for the smooth HR operation and supervise HR team members on issues regarding of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative and other human resources issues.
- Support HR Department Manager in developing a “culture” that enables employees to perform in accordance with the company objectives.
- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
- Manage and control labor cost, turnover rate, career development, project completion, staff acknowledge company rules & regulation, minimize employee complain,
- Manage the performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
- Responsible the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plan, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs, and employee records and documentation policies.
- Support HR Department Manager to develop HR compliance with Thai laws and industry regulation, as it is also vital to the continued success and profitability of the company, and also advising department managers on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
- Dynamic, open minded and results driven with high “ownership” mentality.
