Associate, Campaign Brand Day PMO-growth Campaign

- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
- Ownership over maintaining LazMall campaigns and landing pages across the desktop, app and mobile site platforms
- Responsible for the pre-campaign readiness (prep-check) and design operation flow process of LazMall e-commerce campaigns, as well as translate business and marketing needs into impactful and creative visual concepts to uplift and improve creative bench strength.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders as well as campaign execution team to create attractive and effective sales campaigns
- Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance campaign performance
- Work with the dedicated team to support LazMall daily campaign operations that will help to drive visibility, exposure and assortment onsite
- Support the development and execution of LazMall campaigns merchandising strategy and performance objectives, to deliver business objectives.

- Optimize processes and automate tools/trackers with the cooperation of Business Intelligence and Marketing counterparts
- Monitor, optimize and strategize onsite end-to-end user experience and flow across LazMall channels and real estates.
- Report internally to team and present externally to clients on performance, results and campaign challenges, along with new ideas or emerging trends
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- At least 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital business merchandising, business development preferably with on-site optimization management. Preferably a degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management or any other relevant experiences
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- High potential in leadership skills
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
- Able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
- Strong ownership and attention to details
- Deadline-driven, with excellent planning and organizational skillsGood computer literacy
