Overview: **Overview** This role is a core team member within the Revenue Growth Management team for Asia Beverages - Thailand & Vietnam Markets. Reporting directly to the Asia Bev RGM Director, this role serves as a key business partner and is responsible for the delivery of our long-term ambitions on RGM and partnering closely with our Bottling Partners - Suntory across both the markets. It is a highly cross-functional role and requires a strong talent with analytical thinking, complex problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and deliver strong RGM Insights. The scope of the role includes RGM analytics implementation and capability programs across the Beverage business in Thailand and Vietnam. **Responsibilities**: **Key Accountabilities-** - Jointly partner with bottling partners to develop a robust business Revenue strategy to accelerate NR growth using Transactions, Pricing, Mix and Trade Spend as a lever. Key delivery including identifying new pack price/ product innovation to address the business Must Win Battles, outlining key enablers to execute the RM programs successfully. - Develop robust Channel Pack Price architecture (PVS, CVS, and others) based on insights and data analysis. Evaluate & recommend Pack differentiation based on Regional competitive actions, Consumer price points differentiation based on desired promo activities. Ensure full accomplishment of Channel Pack Price strategy across all Regions. - Support innovation council with recommendations for all new pack price initiatives including coordinating with Supply Chain on manufacturing capabilities requirements, R&D, procurement & costing; Category on brand propositions; Finance simulating the pack P&L; Sales execution & trade marketing programs for activation. - Monitor pricing execution through regular tracking in the field e.g. share swing, rate/mix tracker, quarterly update on Channel & Regional rate/mix performance by brand & pack. - Develop & devise mechanism working with Bottlers RGM teams to manage the Mix to maximize NR & MC. Periodical Mix Trends tracking Pack and channels focused to get ahead of possible negative mix impacts to the Net Price Performance with the respective action plans to minimize the impact. - Develop Capability roadmap and activities for the Bottlers RGM team & broader cross functions e.g. MT, TMK, Finance and Brand teams. Align key priorities, ways of working, training programs and support required from RM Sector & Sales Capability team. This includes sharing RM frameworks, case studies and best practices from other markets, and support the adoption in bottlers’ organization. - Understand and Establish Ways of Working across Franchise teams and other cross functional teams. - Supports the Asia Bev RGM capability agenda by transferring and building capability with RGM PEP/Bottlers team via lift-and-shift of global best-practices and tool (including OBPA, Canadean Dashboard, GNRM Hub, P3, Bottlers NRR Scorecard, D&A tools) to ensure sustainable and self-sufficient RGM organization. - Facilitate promotion optimization analysis, analyze promo performance (uplift, ROI), and develop spend strategy by sub-segment that maximizes channel/account opportunity and captures investment priorities Qualifications: **Qualifications** - 10+ years of commercial and analytics experience, across RGM, Commercial, Finance, and/or Consulting in the FMCG space with 2+ years of direct experience in Revenue Management preferred - Business Management (MBA / Bachelors) and / or CA / CPA - Strong background in Revenue Management with multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG - In-depth understanding of various RGM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross price elasticity, NRR waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, commodity GM impact, RGM actions VC impact, etc.) - Strong strategic analytical skills - the ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights - Confident with big data; strong with excel - Ability to do the analysis visualization, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way; tailor content to the audience - Multi-tasking to execute parallel work streams overcoming ambiguity - Conversant with market data (Nielsen, Canadean, Retailer POS, etc) and panel data (Kantar) - Advanced knowledge of P&L, and Financial Acumen - demonstrated understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of trade investment decisions across the P&L, both internally and externally. - Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance - Passion for delivering results, taking ownership, and translating insights into concise practical plans for execution - Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision-making
