- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
- Working on account management plans with the sales managers or GM
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
- Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used jetski, boat as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report as per assignment.
- Ensuring that company policies and procedure are followed.

- Bachelor degree or higher in from Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Have at least 5 years working experience in Jetski, Boat Business.
- Have at least 5 years working experience as Sales Management.
- Able to manage Sales and Marketing team in order to meet with Sales Target.
- Strong leadership skill and able to think strategically and tactically.
- Open minded, able to learn and adapt to Organization’s Culture.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good commands of ฺVietnamese, English, Thai language both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal skills.
